We only support PAYPAL payment currently.
 

Returns
If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. To speed up our communication, you may need to provide some pictures(videos will be better) of the product to help us determine what the problem is.


Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
ohhunt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on Tracking Page. Shipping

If you are from the United States or Europe and other countries, it is recommended that you prefer to choose locally shipped products such as US warehouses or European warehouses. 
Note: Product in the U.S. warehouse can be delivered to other countries now.

Ship from China: Ship by ePacket Express,delivery time is expected that within 12 to 20 days.
Ship from United States:Free shipping.

Europe:
Ship by ePacket,Delivery time is expected that within 20 to 30 days for most of country.

United Kingdom,  France:
Ship by ePacket Express,delivery time is expected that within 15 to 20 days.

Brazil:
Currently only supports FedEx shipments, and requires you provide the CPF number . In addition, when customs clearance in Brazil will definitely need to pay customs duties, and the customs duties paid may not be according to our declared value. Please be sure that you will pay for the customs duty before you place an order, otherwise all the costs incurred due to the refusal of customs clearance will need to be deducted from your payment. FedEx's return fee is very high, sometimes exceeding your order value.

Canada:
Ship by ePacket,delivery time is expected that within 15 to 20 days.

2、We mainly use EMS and ePacket e-EMS China post registered Air Mail for low quantity order. FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS, SF Express for big quantity one.
3、You can also choose to Expedited shipping. Of course, you also need to pay a certain fee for this.

After shipping,the tracking No. will be sent you, you can check them on official express website or https://www.17track.net/en

Your package may not be updated for a long time before leaving China and arriving in your country. Don’t worry, this is normal.
